Exchange Period

Item Condition
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

- Unwashed and undamaged
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us through WhatsApp and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear pictures or a video of the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
- Your preferred exchange option
After reviewing the details, our team will provide the return address and guide you through the process.
Courier Charges
- If the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong product, the exchange will be provided free of charge.
- If the item is not defective and the exchange is requested because of size, colour preference, or personal choice, the buyer will pay the return and delivery courier charges.
Exchange Availability
All exchanges depend on current stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, our team will help you select another available product of the same value.

Colour & Design Disclaimer
