Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather, or unexpected courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote locations or international orders.

Order Confirmation

Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Our team may contact you through WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch, where available. You can also contact us through WhatsApp for an order update.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional courier charges may apply if the parcel must be sent again.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Courier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us through WhatsApp if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, contact us through WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear pictures or a video
  • A description of the issue

Parcel Inspection

Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. Do not accept a parcel if its outer packaging appears opened, seriously damaged, or tampered with.
