Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be new, unstitched, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers must contact us through WhatsApp with their order ID, details of the issue, and clear pictures or a video.
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
Returns for change of mind, colour preference, or personal reasons will not be accepted.

The return address will be shared through WhatsApp after the request has been reviewed and approved.

Some products may be master replicas or inspired designs. We do not claim that such products are original designer or branded items unless clearly stated.

Minor differences in colour, embroidery, print placement, or finishing are not considered manufacturing defects.
